Here's a few common questions and answers

A Once we have all the information we need, you will see concepts, online, within seven working days.

Once approved, we will continue to develop your site to completion. This will usually take around 14 working days.

With larger more complex sites this may take a little longer but we will always adhere to any deadlines you may have.

If you are not happy with our original concepts, we will take on board your comments and show you more ideas until you're happy with the final website.

There is no extra cost for this, you need to be completely happy before we upload your website.

A You can either pay a £40 per hour rate each time you need your website to be amended. (an extra page may take 2 hours whereas changing a few pictures would take around half an hour). This is a good option if you do not think that will be making many amends to your site.

A You can indeed, let us know of any ideas you may have for animation.

This can range from pictures blending in and out of each other to an animated introduction page or even a character dancing!

A Your website, once completed, will be submitted to all major search engines.

We also add all the relevant keywords and descriptions to help your site reach a high page ranking on Google, Yahoo, Alta Vista...

A Not at all. Though we are based in Birmingham, West Midlands and have many local clients in Walsall, Wolverhampton and Sandwell we have also designed websites for business' all over the UK and overseas.

Many of the websites we design are put together with contact by phone and email so though we would like to meet you it's not always necessary!

A Depending on the style of your site, imagery can be very important which is why we offer our extensive image library to you free of charge.

We have everything from handshakes to landscapes.

We feel these images make us create really eye-catching, dynamic websites. Let us know which pictures you would like to use or leave it completely up to us.

A If you have a logo already that's great but if you don't there's no need to worry....

We can create your logo for you at no extra charge! Why do we not charge for this service? It's because, as with imagery, it's important to have a strong logo, it makes the whole website look and feel better. It basically makes our job easier to create a visually attractive website if all the components are of a high quality.

So before you pay for a new logo see what we can do for you first!

A We will not ask for full payment until the website is completed and you are completely happy with it. Once the site is ready we will invoice you for the full amount for payment within 30 days.

A SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation and is a way of designing and using various methods to gain high Search Engine Ranking.

We build advanced SEO into all of our websites allowing every chance that you will receive high Google placements for search terms applicable to your business.

One aspect of SEO is keywords. For example we would look for high placement against search terms like 'Birmingham Website Design', 'Affordable websites in Birmingham' and 'Busines startup website Birmingham West Midlands'.

A restuarant in Birmingham for example will want to be found by search terms such as 'Italian restaurant birmingham' or 'birminghams best restaurant'.

With these desired terms in mind we would create keywords, suggest copy and add title tags to give your website high placement against these search terms.
