How long will it take to design our website?

Once we have all the information we need, you will see concepts, online, within seven working days.

Once approved, we will continue to develop your site to completion. This will usually take around 10 working days.

With larger more complex sites this may take a little longer but we will always adhere to any deadlines you may have.

Can we use our own images and logo?

Sure, as long as the quality is ok we will incorporate any pictures you have.

What if we do not like your concepts?

We will put together some more!

If you are not happy with our original concepts, we will take on board your comments and show you more ideas until your happy with the final website.

There is no extra cost for this, you need to be completely happy before we upload your website.

How much will amends cost?

There are two ways of paying for amends to your site.

Option 1
You can either pay a £40 per hour rate each time you need your website to be amended. (an extra page may take 3 hours whereas changing a few pictures would take around half an hour). This is a good option if you do not think that will be making many amends to your site.

Option 2
You can pay the cost of your chosen package each year for unlimited amends. For instance, if you choose the standard package you would pay £400 each year, this would allow your website to be changed and amended as much as you like This is a good option if your site will be amended regularly.

Option 3
Pay the monthy fee stated next to the inividual packages rather than the initial setup cost, this monthly fee covers all amends. There is no contact and can be cancelled at anytime.

Can I have music & sound on my site?

Certainly, You can have sounds on buttons or even a song playing while your site is shown (and there will be an option to turn the music off too!).

Can I have animation on my site?

You can indeed, let us know of any ideas you may have for animation.

This can range from pictures blending in and out of each other to an animated introduction page or even a character dancing!

Will my website be on google?

Your website, once completed, will be submitted to all major search engines.

We also add all the relevant keywords and descriptions to help your site reach a high page ranking on Google, Yahoo, Alta Vista...

Can you help with imagery?

Depending on the style of your site, imagery can be very important which is why we offer our extensive image library to you free of charge.

We have everything from handshakes to landscapes and peacocks (see above!)

We feel these images make us create really eye-catching, dynamic websites. Let us know which pictures you would like to use or leave it completely up to us.

I don't have a logo, can you help?

If you have a logo already that's great but if you don't there's no need to worry....

We can create your logo for you at no extra charge! Why do we not charge for this service? It's because, as with imagery, it's important to have a strong logo, it makes the whole website look and feel better. It basically makes our jobs easier to create a visually attractive website if all the components are of a high quality.

So before you pay £400+ for a new logo see what we can do for you first!

What are your payment terms?

We will not ask for full payment until the website is completed and you are completely happy with it. Once the site is ready we will invoice you for the full amount. Your new website will then go live as soon as payment is received.
